EI7II.Īfter my PROIII bit the dust I made a deal for a mint Ten-Tec Pegasus. do yourself a favor and check out this S/W. I am so pleased with Pegasus Plus I bought a LIFETIME license with my hard earned pension.
In summary: If you don't try this S/W out, if you have a need to control your Rig from a distance, You are missing the boat. but my 77 year old brain just can't cope. I briefly looked at HRD, "all singing and dancing", it will take the XYL out for Dinner and make Coffee too". Rather than going on and on, if YOU need Rig control S/W, check out Pegasus Plus. PLEASE NOTE: I came out "of the blue "and had not spend ONE PENNY on his S/W! I was treated like a treasured and valued customer !. Better still ? As I need to run 5 meter long USB A to B cables (CAT interface) cables between the PC and the 991A I thought I'd better email Carl (N4PY)to see if I have a chance to get this to work. Carl, the Author will bend over backwards to help you if you have questions. You wanna try this program for free ? Not a bother, go right ahead. Let me tell you this: N4PY's support isn't only wonderful, IT IS OUT OF THIS WORLD !!! I've been around the block a few times and tend to be very skeptical about claims of "Wonderful support" & a great program. yours truly went looking around and via a YouTube post and EHAM stumbled on N4PY S/W. rather than hanging over the sink myself ?
wouldn't it be great if I could "see" and control the 991A from my computer. my computer desk is a good 3 meters away BEHIND MY 991A BACK!. a Yeasu FT 991A (The shack in the box) made its entry.
Having returned to the bands after 15 years. As we would say here in Ireland: This S/W is the " Bees Knees" meaning. About the very best you will ever get your hands on.
